Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina Hosts Beer Dinner
Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina, Fontainebleau’s newest laidback eatery, will be hosting an exclusive craft beer pairing and five course dinner on Friday, February 3, at 8PM. The event, perfect for craft beer-loving foodies, will feature two highly respected Miami breweries –Concrete Beach Brewery and M.I.A. Beer Co.
The menu of specially paired dishes, by Chef de Cuisine Timothy Elmore, includes Loaded Potato Skins, Fish Taco, Smoked BBQ Ribs, Dry Aged Burger and S’mores.
Guests will have the opportunity to vote on which beer pairs best with each course. At the end of the evening winners will be chosen.
Originally, the award-winning chef and restaurateur, Michael Mina, installed Pizza & Burger as a causal summer-time pop-up restaurant. Now, Pizza & Burger by Michael Mina has found a permanent home at the glamorous Fontainebleau Miami Beach hotel.
Inspired by Mina’s sons and their two gastronomic obsessions – Sammy is the burger maniac, Anthony adores pizza – Pizza & Burger’s menu is modeled on what the Mina family likes to cook, serve and eat at their backyard get-togethers with family and friends.
