Seasons 52 Launches their New Fall Menu

September marks the beginning of fall. While in Florida, we might miss out on the cooler temperatures and changing of the leaves, we don’t miss out on the fresh, fall ingredients that are now at their prime.  To go along with the change of seasons, Seasons 52 recently launched their new fall menu highlighting the best of the season — and the best thing is, is that you can enjoy them knowing that not only do they taste good, but they are good for you too.

This past week, we were invited in and enjoyed a tasting of their new fall menu items — and our eyes and stomachs were filled with joy.

Trio or Roasted Mushroom Flatbread

Flatbreads at Seasons 52 are definitely a favorite on the menu. I especially enjoy their daily Flights & Flatbreads special where you can enjoy  a tasting of 3 wines (2-oz pours of each), a full glass of your favorite and a Signature Flatbread for just $15 – something that can’t be beat. Now instead of trying your tried and true favorite, ordering their new Trio of Roasted Mushrooms Flatbread is a must-do and yes, it’s drizzled with truffle oil.

Quail

Roasted quail is not something that you can order everyday,  so it was a special treat to see it on the menu at Seasons 52. This tender bird was served with mushroom stuffing, leaf spinach, bacon and topped with a sweet balsamic sauce. There were highlights on the menu that will appeal to every palate.

Salmon

For the seafood lover, the Cedar-Planked Roasted Salmon will be right up your alley. This perfectly prepared piece of salmon was served alongside a medley of fall vegetable, red bliss potatoes & a dill mustard sauce.. This dish brought together fresh seafood with crisp vegetables and a savory dill sauce that is sure to delight.

Filet

For the meat lover, you are sure to satisfy your carnivorous cravings with Seasons 52’s Oak-Grilled Filet Mignon. Grilled to perfection, the filet was served with served with some of my favorites — cremini mushroom, steamed leaf spinach, mashed potatoes and a red wine sauce.

**Please note that during out tasting, we were served 1/2 portions, so the photos will not give you an accurate feel for how large the dishes are.

The fall menu will be available now until mid-December, and  is available at all Seasons 52 locations.  We only sampled a portion of the new fall menu items, but you can find the full menu here. To find the location closest to you, visit Seasons 52 online. If you are in South Florida, be sure to take advantage of summer specials taking place at Seasons — Miami Spice (until 9/30); Flavor Palm Beach (until 9/30) ; and Dine Out Lauderdale (10/1-11/7).
