RA Sushi Launches a New Menu

Take  a trip to Palm Beach Gardens and head to RA Sushi, where you will find an inventive sushi menu mixed in with Japanese fusion dishes. Add in innovative cocktails, a hip environment and a staff that will make you feel at home — and you’ll quickly understand why RA Sushi continues to pulsate with feel good energy seven days a week.

Boredom never strikes when you’re dining in the “RA,” as they are always creating playful dishes that will please your palate. We were invited in recently to experience a taste of their new menu and there was a party of flavors dancing in our mouth. RA Sushi changes up their menu about every six months — and this change up brought Asian comfort food and shareable dishes to the menu.

First up, an Edamame Dip, a perfect blend of edamame and spinach dip served with wonton chips — perfect to enjoy at the bar or while cheering on your favorite team (did someone say football season was right around the corner?). Other starters include Garlic Edamame (garlic makes anything better) and Bonfire Shrimp (bring on the spice)  breaded shrimp tossed in a chili sauce with fried shishito peppers.

You can’t visit RA Sushi without ordering their street tacos — each made in a rice paper shell and there are five variations ranging from familiar flavors (think “RA” ckin shrimp inside a shell) to something more exotic like the sake steamed chicken taco with Asian vegetables.

Other standouts include Salmon with Green Beans drizzled with a spicy yuzu sauce and if you like chicken wings, you are sure to enjoy RA Sushi’s variations  — Sesame Garlic, Black Pepper Teriyaki, and Chili Ponzu.

In South Florida, RA Sushi has locations in Palm Beach Gardens, Pembroke Pines and in South Miami.
