Quality Meats Miami Beach Launches a Nightly Wine Dinner Menu

Wagyu Beef Croquettes at Quality Meats Miami

If the house-cured bacon slathered with peanut butter and jalapeño jelly at Quality Meats Miami isn’t enough to win you over — it really should be — but if it’s not, their new Wine Dinner Menu certainly will do the job. This new summer promotion is one of the best that we’ve seen (yes, I think it might even beat out Miami Spice) and we’re here to tell you all about it –  because we were lucky enough to get invited in as guests this past week.

Available daily, starting at 8:30 p.m., guests can indulge in a 3-course feast at Quality Meats Miami. Not only does it include a drool-worthy menu, it also includes unlimited wine — and well, wine makes us happy. Beverage & Service Manager Fred Cabrera has selected four very approachable wines that pair well with the wine dinner menu, and while we tasted them all – and could continue to while we were eating, I kept coming back to the Jean-Luc Colombo “Cape Bleue” 2016 Rosé from Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. Made with 67% Syrah and 33% Mourvèdre, this innovative blend shined with notes of passion fruit and watermelon and finished with a mouthful of summer.

On the wine dinner menu, guests can choose between a charcuterie plate, salad or appetizer; an entrée and a dessert for just $59. Knowing that a Sirloin Steak on the regular dinner menu is $53, and this complete meal is just a few dollars more, you know that this is a bargain deal.

Since we dined in a group, we were able to try quite a few of the appetizers and they were solid across the board — but a few stood out from the rest. These included the House Cured Slab Bacon with peanut butter and jalapeño jelly that married sweet and salty in perfect harmony; U-10 Scallops with a chilled carrot curry soup and charred corn with succulent and sweet and added a bit of zing to the bite; and a Tomato & Stracciatella Salad with all of it’s cheesy goodness.

For the main entrée, guests can select their favorite beef, chicken, fresh seafood or vegetarian option. These include all of your favorite cuts or meat – including a filet mignon, bone-in ribeye and Wagyu pastrami brisket. While there is an add-on for some of the premium items (Dry-Aged Porterhouse, Tomahawk Steak and the 12 oz. Spiny Lobster Tail), it was well worth it.

All great meals need a sweet ending — and Quality Meats shined here. For true indulgence, try the Quality Chocolate Candy layered with chocolate, peanut butter and crunch or one of their dressed up sundaes (we recommend the guava cheesecake sundae).

The wine dinner menu is available now at Quality Meats Miami Beach and will be offered throughout the summer – possibly longer.

Quality Meats Miami Beach is located at 1501 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. For more information, visit the restaurant online or call (305) 340-3333.
