Boca Bacchanal Returns March 28-30

If you’re a lover of food and wine, you must certainly know about the Boca Bacchanal — and if you don’t, now is the time to check it out.  Now in its 12th year, the celebrated Boca Bacchanal offers a weekend of events, with their most popular event being their Grand Tasting event taking place on Sunday, March 30th — with profits going to the Boca Raton Historical Society & Museum.

The Grand Tasting Event takes place on the tented green at the Mizner Park Amphitheatre, where attendees can enjoy gourmet bites from 30 of the area’s best chefs and restaurants; 140 exceptional wines; a new beer garden; and herbs, produce, specialty oils and foods in “The Marketplace.”

Participating wineries include: Cakebread Cellars, Darioush Winery, Chateau Tanunda, Hahn Family Wines, HALL Wines, Silver Oak Cellars and more. Participating restaurants include City Oyster & Sushi Bar, Max’s Grille, Truluck’s, City Fish Market, Casa D’Angelo, Shake Shack and more.

Schedule of Events

March 28th — Taking place in six private residences throughout Boca, six vintner dinners will take place. At each venue, a chef and vintner will pair up for a magnificent dinner. Cost: $325 and only a few spots remain.

March 29th — Bacchus Bash takes place on Saturday and will be held at the Boca Raton Resort & Club starting at 6:30 p.m. This event will give you an interactive food and wine experience — and guests will have the opportunity to meet 14 celebrated chefs and vintners. With your ticket in, you can enjoy top of the line wines and Champagne; signature bites from the participating chefs; a dessert and liqueur bar; live entertainment; dancing; demonstrations; and silent and live auctions. Cost for the Bacchus Bash is $225 per person.

March 30th — Get ready for the Grand Tasting, taking place on Sunday from 1-4 p.m. Taste your way around Mizner Amphitheatre, while enjoying a plethora of food, wine and beer. Tickets are $85 in advance or $100 at the event.
