If you love finding hidden treasures (and even more so culinary treasures), you’ll be as excited as we are for The 5th Annual Gourmet Garage Sale taking place on Saturday, January 25th. This event, sponsored by Les Dames D’Escoffier Miami (LDEM), will take place at the Galleria of the Coral Gables Museum, 285 Aragon Avenue in Coral Gables from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
You won’t see your typical garage sale finds at the event, instead it will feature everything culinary like cookbooks, stemware, art, linens, pots and pans, bakeware, small appliances and more. Even better — there will also be locally grown produce, potted herbs, prepared foods, baked goods and more prepared by the talented of LDEM Miami.
Mingle with members and find a treasure or two — and know that the profits raised will go to assist in the Les Dames scholarship program.
There is no cost to attend this event.
LDEM, a non-profit group of women in the culinary world, works to provide scholarships for young South Florida women, funds school vegetable gardens, nutrition and cooking educational programs for area youth and South Florida’s farm labor force.
