5 Exciting Miami Spice Month Menus

Miami Spice 2016 Le Zoo

This year marks the 15th anniversary of the highly-anticipated Miami Spice Restaurant Month. From August 1 through September 30, Miami Spice Month diners can indulge in three-course meals at reduced prices: $23 for lunch and $39 for dinner.

This year, 244 restaurants from all over Miami are partaking in the summertime program, with 91 joining for the first time. Given so many options, we chose to focus on five restaurants with notable dinner menus options.

Faena Hotel on Miami Beach is the crown jewel of the soon-to-be completed Faena Arts District, which stretches between 32nd to 35th streets on Collins Avenue. The over-top dazzling hotel is home to PAO by Paul Qui, which is participating in Miami Spice Restaurant Month.

PAO’s dinner menu will offer first course choices such as the Filipino chef’s go-to raw-seafood starter,  Kinilaw, – Filipino-style ceviche with coconut milk.  Main course options include Smoked Short Rib Asado,- 72-Hour braised Wagyu beef, atchara (pickled green papaya), seasonal pickles, and Japanese sweet potato purée. Sweet options will include Champorado – a Filipino-style sweet chocolate and sticky rice pudding, flavored with roasted tea and chili.

Faena Hotel Miami Beach is located at 3201 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33140.
