The Heat is on at Cafe Prima Pasta

When it comes to basketball, Miami has much to celebrate, especially after Lebron James was given the 2012 Sports Illustrated Sportsman of the Year Award. Cafe Prima Pasta wants to join in the celebration and have recently launched a special game day menu (inspired by the Miami Heat). This menu will be available during all home games starting Jan. 1, 2013 from 5:00 pm until midnight.

Starting Line-Up 

  • “Heatles” Antipasto ($14.95) — platter of Italian cold cuts, domestic and artisanal cheeses, cold pressed olives and roasted root vegetables
  • Slam Dunk Salad ($14.95) — mixed greens topped with fire-grilled shrimp, mozzarella di bufala, hearts of palm and artichokes served with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Second Quarter Entrees 
  • Bosh’s Bolognese ($16.95) — homemade pasta layered between seasoned beef with parmesan, ricotta and mozzarella cheese topped with pomodoro sauce
  • Most Valuable Plated (MVP) Pasta ($16.95) — gluten free pasta served with baby spinach, cherry and sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, garlic and pesto
Half-Time Break
  • Bernie’s Brulee ($7.95) — homemade custard topped with a thin layer of fire glazed caramel served with fresh seasonal berries
  • Lebron James-on and Coke ($6)
