Matador Room Kicks Off Wine & Dine with Cakebread Cellars
The Miami Beach EDITION invites guests and locals alike on Thursday, September 8 at 8PM for the launch of its newest dinner series Wine & Dine. Kicking off at Jean-Georges’ iconic Matador Room, Wine & Dine will pair the world’s most prestigious wines and winemakers with award-winning cuisine.
“We created this dinner series for local foodies, wine lovers and hotel guests to experience the very best of our culinary offerings in an intimate setting, paired with some of the best wines on our extensive wine list,” said Top Chef Winner & Executive Chef of Restaurants at The Miami Beach EDITION Jeremy Ford.
The monthly dinner series will launch with Cakebread Cellars in September, starting with a welcome reception with EDITION’s Jeremy Ford and Cakebread’s Eastern Division Ambassador Alex Valdes, who will pair a selection of rare, exclusive wines from the prestigious Cakebread label with a customized menu developed and executed by Ford.
The inaugural event with Cakebread is limited to 35 guests, and is priced at $150 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.

Wine & Dine Staycation
The Miami Beach EDITION welcomes dinner guests who want to enjoy their night of wining and dining to the fullest to spend the night and take advantage of a special overnight rate reserved for dinner guests only. The hotel is offering a limited number of luxurious ocean view king bedrooms for an exclusive price of $199 for the night of September 8th, plus waived resort fees.
Upon booking the dinner reservation via Eventbrite, guests will then be granted access to the promo code to book their one-night staycation.
