Enjoy Dinner and Dancing at Pavilion Grille

Located on the corner of Yamato and Dixie Hwy in the Stonegate Bank Building in Boca Raton, lies Pavilion Grille.  Primarily known for having live music and dancing most nights of the week, they also serve a menu of comfort dishes for lunch and dinner prepared by executive chef and Culinary Institute of America grad, Mark Ostermeyer.

The Pavilion Grille is currently looking to add some dishes to both their restaurant menu and their catering menu, and invited a group of local bloggers in for a tasting — and taste we did. Chef  Ostermeyer explained to the group that the focus of the restaurant is not to offer a five star dining experience to the guests, but rather focus on offering a menu of basic dishes done extremely well. While we enjoyed the dinner, there were a few dishes that stood out from the crowd.

Here are some of our favorites.
