It was an exciting night in Chicago, last night, as the 2017 James Beard Award Winners were announced. This prestigious award – given out to the top chefs, restaurants and others in the culinary field – is one of the most coveted awards in the industry (Think the Emmy’s of the food industry) and now, thanks to modern technology, you can listen along live. While Florida didn’t bring home any awards, we do have some connections to some of the winners including Stephan Starr.
