Avocado Grill Downtown West Palm Beach

Avocado Grill’s Chef Gremaud will feature a New Years Eve Special Menu, starting with  Purple Cauliflower Soup with truffle mascarpone and fresh hearts of palm salad with fennel, faro, beets, pecorino and avocado crema.  Main entrée choices wil include:  Lobster Ravioli with bisque tarragon sauce, corn, zucchini and charred tomatoes and Braised Short Rib Surf & Turf with ginger carrot puree, sliced potato pave, crispy leeks, and soy-infused brussel sprouts. The Cooper Palm Beach Gardens

At The Cooper in Palm Beach Gardens,  Executive Chef Adam Brown New Years Eve-inspired menu includes a Florida Winter Harvest Salad comprised of Kai Kai Farm field greens, fresh fruits and vegetables, toasted pepitas, creamy goat cheese, and cider-walnut emulsion; a 20 oz. Dry-Aged Cowboy Steak accompanied by roasted wild mushrooms, braised lacinato kale, and black truffle butter; and Butter-Poached Lobster Strozzapreti featuring half of a 2-pound lobster with Swank Farms baby arugula and pea tendrils, and lobster nage.

Vic & Angelo’s in Palm Beach Gardens is making culinary resolutions come true on New Year’s Eve with a four-course prix fixe menu. This Italian holiday feast  features Waygu Beef Carpaccio drizzled with truffle aioli, Vic & Angelo’s famous Wedge Salad, Surf & Turf (8 oz. steak filet & 7 oz. lobster tail) accompanied by truffle mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus, with red Barolo demi / Béarnaise sauce, and – for the ultimate sweet ending to 2016, Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries with a glass of champagne.

Guests can also choose from a limited dinner menu, which features signature homemade pasta, fine seafood, and rustic, coal-fired pizzas. End the meal with one of the restaurant’s famous desserts or Sorbet-infused Martinis.

Burlock Coast Seafare & Spirits Fort Lauderdale Beach

Burlock Coast, Fort Lauderdale’s chic seaside escape, invites friends and families to celebrate with a special New Year’s Eve buffet. Guests are invited to ring in the New Year with live entertainment, party favors and a Five-Course Chef’s Tasting Menu, including a champagne toast, for $150 pp ++. Beginning at 7PM, guests can start the night off with an amuse bouche of Asparagus Gazpacho with Marcona almonds, crème fraiche and Alba truffle. For the first course, guests can choose from a Coconut Bisque with lobster, basil and popcorn or Kusshi Oysters Three Ways with mimosa sorbet, mojito ice and rum punch.  Second course options include Black Bass with haricot vert, coppa ham, leek, cauliflower and parmesan emulsion or Lake Meadow Duck with pumpkin gnocchi, rum apples, braised greens and sage. Third course options include Diver Scallops with parsnips, chanterelles, bacon and caper jus or Pork Belly with white beans, molasses, collard greens, chili glaze and cherry wood smoke.  Fourth course includes Filet Mignon with potato, carrot, Nicoise olives and black pepper jus or Lamb with cranberry bean cassoulet, boar sausage, duck cracklings, black truffle and cabernet jus. McCoy’s Oceanfront Pompano Beach

McCoy’s Oceanfront, the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Pompano Beach Resort’s beachfront restaurant whose namesake pays homage to the Prohibition-era William “Bill” McCoy, will host a New Year’s Eve Celebration complete with delectable dining, live entertainment, party favors and more.

Kicking off at 9 PM, McCoy’s will be serving up a five-course prix-fixe menu prepared by Executive Chef Eric Kaszubinski. Priced at $135 per person, reservations also include a split of Champagne per couple, chocolate truffles, party favors, live entertainment and a Champagne toast at midnight.

The meal will begin with an amuse bouche of Citrus Whipped Goat Cheese, Marcona Almond and Grilled Bread.
