Join Savor Tonight and Bistro Ten Zero One on Thursday, Feb. 23 for a special pop-up dinner in the garden. The dinner's theme, Viva Puerto Rico!, will be a celebration of everything Puerto Rican including the authentic cuisine from Chef Christian Quiñones, drinks, live music and dancing.
For one night only, Chef Christian will bring his culinary team into the garden area where they will be serving an a la carte menu of authentic Puerto Rican dishes with a modern twist. Chef Christian comes to Bistro from Puerto Rico where he earned the title of Master Chef Latino and was named one of the top ten best new chefs by El Vocero Newspaper.
As a special treat, Ivan Melendez and Son Tres (they're part of the Puerto Rican Salsa Project) will be performing at the event - so remember to bring your dancing shoes. Come alone or bring some friends, as this will be a night to remember.
Cost for the event is $10 a person. This includes entrance to the event, one (1) drink, light bites and the live music. Additional food and drink items will be available a la carte and will be priced between $6-18.
