Phuc Yea Brunch

Join us on Sun., May 28 for a boozy brunch at Phuc Yea! Taking place on Memorial Day weekend (think — no work the next day), guests will enjoy a Vietnamese-inspired, Cajun-influenced brunch menu created by Chef Cesar Zapata. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a specialty cocktail, and then, sit down to enjoy a family-style brunch. In addition to the special menu being prepared for the group, guests will enjoy bottomless mimosas — and you can’t go wrong with that.

Phuc Yea! – recognized as Miami’s first pop-up when it opened up for three months back in 2011 – opened it’s doors in a permanent location in Miami’s MiMo District in the fall of 2016. The restaurant is the brainchild of Chef Cesar Zapata and wife/partner, Ani Meinhold, who you may remember from The Fed (or The Federal, as you might know it) – and upon opening, quickly was noted as being one of the best new restaurants by both Urban Daddy and Eater.

Cost is $55, if purchased by Friday, May 26 or $60, thereafter, if space is available.  This includes a welcome cocktail, bottomless mimosas, a 3-course brunch menu, tax and gratuity.

Sweet ‘n Sour Chicken & Waffles | red peppers, pineapple, onions, crispy chicken nuggets, buttermilk waffle, maple syrup
Brekky Nachos | rice crackers, cheese, sesame ginger salsa roja, sriracha aioli, herbage, fried egg 


Super Rich Brownie  | whipped mascarpone, Vietnamese coffee syrup, pho spice
